A horrific fire in a private dwelling that claimed the lives of seven children. Shortly after midnight and while the family was sleeping, a fire on the first floor raced up the stairs where the family was sleeping.  The seven siblings ranging in ages 5 to 16 were survived by their mother and their 14-year-old sister, who were both hospitalized in critical condition.  An unthinkable tragedy that all New Yorkers felt the pain over.  T.J.
