On September 25, 2002, a three-alarm fire broke out at a warehouse storing health and beauty products for the publicly traded company Allou Health & Beauty.  The fire was deemd incendiary with four separate areas of fire origin and  T.J. Russo Consultants was initially retained by one of several insurance carriers for Allou.  As a result of our findings, we were selected as the lead investigator for all insurance companies and in the end, was retained by the U.S. District Attorney’s Office, as their expert witness at trial.  The investigation lead to the convictions of Allou’s top officers and controlling shareholders and is known today as one of the largest Arson for Profit Investigations in ATF’s history.
